配送ポリシー

Where we ship. All orders ship from Japan. We currently ship to Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Hong Kong.

Shipping options.

• Standard: Japan Post International ePacket, tracked, usually 1 to 2 weeks.
• Express: Japan Post EMS, tracked, usually 3 to 6 business days.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders usually leave Japan within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs.

Duties and taxes. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated at checkout.

Singapore. Singapore Food Agency rules limit food sent to individuals for personal use to S$100 per parcel. To keep your parcel from being held at customs, orders to Singapore are limited to about S$100 (¥12,000) per order. For more, please place separate orders.

Malaysia. Malaysian sales tax may be collected by the courier on delivery.
