A matcha blend from Uji, Kyoto, made for milk. Okumidori and Yabukita leaves are blended for a full bodied matcha that still tastes like matcha once the milk goes in.

How to prepare: Sift 2g (about 1 tsp) into a cup, whisk with 30ml of water at 80°C until smooth, then pour into 150ml of steamed milk, or over ice and cold milk.

Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 4 weeks.
